the location is amazing , reception staff were amazing specially Miss Swift who helped me in an early check in . managed my half day city tour with water puppet show at amazing price and even helped me to open my door when i accidentally left my keys inside the room and the door got locked from outside. The hotel facilities are amazing with a spacious big room , big toilet with all toileteries and all facilities in room like closet, TV , coffee maker, water bottles, bed side lamp , small fridge

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay here in Old Quarter Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Ly at the reception, made my experience exceptional. Ly went above and beyond to assist with tour bookings, offer local recommendations, and ensure all my needs were met. The room was spacious, with prompt and efficient resolution of any requests. The hotel's location allowed easy access to restaurants and bars. I highly recommend Memory Premier Hotel and Spa for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location in the heart of Hanoi.

This hotel is perfectly situated for food and markets, a short stroll will take you to the lake and railway cafes. The bed was comfortable, the room had a window and good lighting and the staff were soo friendly and helpful.

We were welcomed by an accommodating and nice receptionist, Phuong Anh. The place was reopened a month ago as informed by her. The room was old but the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. We had a problem with the air-conditioner as the remote doesn’t work so we have to switch it on manually, a staff came to show us how to open it. After a while, only warm air comes out of it, we were a bit hot so we wanted to have a bit of cold air. I didn’t bother to ask again, so I just turned off the AC. In the shower area, the shampoo and shower gel pumps were not working. I’m giving a 10 rating because of the nice staffs.

The service & location is very good, near Hanoi Old Quarter which is very lively, many shops, spas, & foods around. The staffs can speak English fluently, also helpful & friendly especially Ms. Phuong Anh that so caring of us.

Most of all the management was superb. After booking phong Anh texted me and ensured smooth checkin. When I arrived Vy gave very warm welcome and guided me well not just about hotel but any other help I need. Then at time of checking out another girl I forgot her name took me all the way from where I can take grab. Everyone super helpful. Thank you

I made a reservation and took note of a few small requests as usual. It is very rare that any place responds to such requests. But surprisingly, they not only respond but also agree to all requests if possible, and especially almost all of them are FREE. I love the people here.
